Why 'Fern'?

Why we have the name we have.

As you can probably guess, our name references the plant family of the same. As fern leaves are developing, they're all coiled up and tucked in on themselves. Then they uncurl in all their leafy glory. An all-in-one un-tucking-sensation... like our unique folding wedding and event invites ;)

If you're interested in the science, the way in which a fern frond grows is called Circinate Vernation.
Circinate = (in Botany) Coiled up with the tip in the centre. Vernation = arrangement of new leaves in a bud.
