Terms and Conditions

We advise all customers read the terms and conditions set out below before placing their order. By placing an order with Fern Paper Co., you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions.


Supplying text:

We begin work on your stationery once you have supplied us with your custom text. You are responsible for ensuring all details, including spelling and grammar, are correct. You have opportunity to make changes and corrections to the text in the two rounds of proofs included in the product price.



Your order cost covers two rounds of proofing. We begin typesetting once you have sent your custom text and will send you a first set of digital proofs for approval. Should any mistakes be found, they can be corrected in the second round of proofs. If, after this, you require further changes to be made, these will be charged at £15 per round.

We ask you to agree sign-off on final digital proofs before we print. Proof-reading is your responsibility, and Fern Paper Co. is not accountable for any mistakes, spelling or otherwise, that have been passed on the final proof. Nor are we liable for the cost of any subsequent re-prints. (We advise that you ask at least one other person to read through your text, as fresh eyes are often sharper.)



We send digital proofs. We ask that you understand it is very difficult to translate colours exactly from screen to page and vice versa. Colours may vary from screen to screen, and there may be small discrepancies in print runs. Though we endeavour to show colours as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee an exact match.


Deadlines / Turnaround:

Our turnaround times are based on all parties adhering to them. These timings are occasionally subject to change for reasons beyond our control. (A supplier may be delayed sending us materials, national holidays may impact delivery times etc.) We can only adhere to deadlines if you respond to proofs in a timely fashion. As such, our stated turnaround times are an indication and guide rather than absolute.


Returns, Cancellation, Refunds:

Returns - As stationery items are personalised to your specific requirements, they cannot be returned. 

Cancellation - If you need to cancel your order once the design and proofing process has begun, we can refund of 50% of your order total. Once you have given approval for print, we cannot issue a refund.

Refunds - If your order is faulty or thought to be damaged in transit, email us with details info[at]fernpaperco.com and we will discuss resolution.



All designs are the copyright of Fern Paper Co. Legal action will be taken against anyone who reproduces these designs without prior arrangement and written consent from Fern Paper Co.
